Bird of paradise

Original oil painting on a handcrafted 5" diameter wooden tondo; treated and stained twice. Border is 3/4" deep and painted with a bright spring green. A claw tooth fixture has been fitted to the back for hanging.

Paint and border is sealed with 4 brush on coats of high gloss varnish for reflective quality and to preserve the paint for years to come. This piece can last 100+ years with proper care. Cataloged and signed on the back for authenticity.
